About the Presenters 

Margaret Graziano, CEO of KeenAlignment, is a speaker, Executive Coach, Certified Employee Retention Specialist and Trainer and an Organizational Development Specialist. With more than 20 years’ experience in the talent acquisition and workforce optimization industry, she draws on real-world, hands-on experiences that challenge existing talent management paradigms. Her captivating presentations provide her customers with actionable, practical ideas to maximize employee effectiveness and ability to create high-performing teams.


Gwen Haney, Director, Change Management at Future State Inc., has 12 years’ experience in Human Resources including 9 years’ experience with HR technology implementations, project management, change management, and business process design. She has a great ability to execute cross-functional, medium to large scale projects, often serving as a bridge between the business, HR operations, technical teams and vendors. Prior to Future State, Gwen was Lead Consultant - HR Service Delivery at Kivala-HR. Gwen has a Master’s degree in Business Administration and International Business with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management and Human Resource Management.

Felicia Moghadam is the Founder & CEO of TalentSity, an employee engagement and talent mobility solution that collects data for talent analytics. She previously worked for one of the top 5 worldwide executive coaching firms, Center for Creative Leadership, has a Master's degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology, and holds several personality assessment certifications. With cutting edge, design focused technology, she has collaborated with Workforce Planning and Analytics leaders from Fortune 5 Companies to deliver the next, most exciting platform for Millennials.


Laura Yang Renner founded Hiring Coach in 2013 when she noticed many small business employers needed help with recruiting and workforce support. She graduated from the U.S. Air Force Academy with a bachelor's of science in English and a minor in Chinese-Mandarin. Laura served as a Public Affairs officer before leaving the Air Force to earn an International MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. She has worked for nearly fifteen years dealing directly with people, whether in public relations, foreign relations, education or human resources. She has led teams, sat on boards, created initiatives and mentored women into empowerment. Laura enjoys traveling, running and story-worthy adventures.


Clifford Stephan is the Principal Consultant for his company, One Compensation. Originally from Sunnyvale, CA., Clifford earned his degree from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo and started working in the Human Resources industry in 1998. While working for several companies, Clifford honed his ability to design strategic compensation plans that could target employee retention issues and differentiate companies from their competition. For almost ten years, One Compensation has helped companies across industries including like LinkedIn, Google, Eventbrite, Stanford Health Care and the University of California Office of the President. When Clifford’s away from the office, he enjoys competing in triathlons, cooking, and hanging out with his family.

Liz Wessel is CEO and Co-founder of Campus Job, the #1 marketplace for college students to get jobs and internships. Campus Job was founded in September 2014 but has grown quickly since, raising $9.1M in Venture Capital, helping hundreds of thousands of registered student users (who represent 2,450 college campuses), as well as thousands of employers (from Fortune 500s to Startups to NGOs). Cancellations received less than seven calendar days from the program date are not refundable.  If cancellation within seven days of the program is unavoidable, a credit for a future event will be granted, minus a $75 administration fee ($15 for regional meetings). Credits must be used within one year of issue.  A substitute attendee is allowed at the applicable NCHRA member/non-member rate in lieu of credit.  Separate cancellation policies apply for the HR West Conference and certification preparation courses.
