Don’t just keep up with the times. Be a leader and transform your organization into a Deliberately Developmental Organization (DDO). What exactly is a DDO? According to Kegan, Lahey, Fleming & Miller, DDOs:

"Operate on the foundational assumptions that adults can grow; that not only is attention to the bottom line and the personal growth of all employees desirable, but the two are   interdependent; that both profitability and individual development rely on structures that are built into every aspect of how the company operates; and that people grow through the proper combination of challenge and support, which includes recognizing and transcending their blind spots, limitations, and internal resistance to change."

Learn how to lead the change you want to see in your organization by uncovering why change is so difficult and by using a model that gets to the heart of what prevents success. This approach goes beyond technical skill-building for managing the steps of change and shatters the idea that transformation can be linear. We all have self-protective habits that create an unknown immunity to change that is unique for each of us, which becomes even more complex when making change at a team or organizational level.

You’ll leave this highly interactive session able to:
          • Explain what causes an immunity to change
          • Break free from the pervasive cycle that holds you back
          • Apply this approach at a larger system level, such as with a leadership team, project team or organization
