Today’s workforce knows no boundaries. Get up to speed on the essentials of Global HR management, including workforce mobility, safety, culture, and intercultural communication between non-native and native English speakers in the globally diverse workplace. 

Examine important aspects of people to jobs (physical relocation) and jobs to people (outsourcing and shared services), as well as trends and opportunities in organization and linguistic culture, global diversity and inclusion. 

You’ll leave the eProgram with a glossary of Global HR terminology, and the ability to: 

 Recognize and implement essential elements of successful Global HR management
 Identify global trends and apply accordingly in your workplace
 Address issues and challenges caused by the use of English in the workplace 
 Ameliorate communication gaps across multiple cultures and strengthen workplace interaction 




About the Presenter
Lorelei Carobolante leads G2nd Systems, a Global HR Research and Development Consultancy dedicated to improving quality and equity in globally diverse workplaces by providing products and services that enhance workforce communications across non-native and native English speakers. An internationally published writer and professional speaker, Carobolante is the Recipient of World CSR Day’s 2014 Global Women Leader Award (Mumbai, India), three Worldwide ERC Distinguished Service Awards, WBENC Business Enterprise Star, and many other awards. She is recognized as a thought leader and pioneer. Education: B.A. Management, MDE, Global MBA. Professional certifications: GPHR; SHRM-SCP; SCRP; and SGMS-T.





Cancellations received less than seven calendar days from the program date are not refundable. If cancellation within seven days of the program is unavoidable, a credit for a future event will be granted, minus a $75 administration fee ($15 for regional meetings). Credits must be used within one year of issue. A substitute attendee is allowed at the applicable NCHRA member/non-member rate in lieu of credit.
