Employee engagement increases retention, productivity, reduces absenteeism and drives profit. Research estimates that over $450-$550 Billion is lost annually due to low productivity resulting from poor employee engagement. In the US alone: 51.9% of employees are not engaged 15.7 % are actively disengaged 32.5% are engaged.

Bottom Line: Leadership and people skills are the key competencies required to shift this negative trend. Research shows that "Learning", feeling "respected", feeling "safe",  and fairness are a few of the levers available to improve this situation. Amazing, most if not all are within the control of supervising managers and most if not all cost nothing more than time and effort.

Leave the Webinar ready to:
1) Explain the importance of employee engagement
2) Shift this downward trend in the right direction
3) Address this challenge at the individual level
4) Implement specific ideas for organization wide interventions
