Join us for a webinar on how to be strategic with your efforts of bringing about needed change in your organization. You’ll discover some tried and true practices that are essential for getting buy-in and success. After touching on a few foundational theories and approaches to change, we will explore tactics for maximizing a more positive outcome.

Specifically, we’ll emphasize the necessary steps to:
--Be clear about your agenda for change
--Identify stakeholders and their roles related to the change
--Enlist the appropriate coalition of influencers
--Be proactive with communication

Before concluding the webinar, we will also look at obstacles to change efforts and see that there are new possibilities for overcoming these previously unrecognized barriers.
This webinar is ideally paired with an upcoming workshop  Lead the Change You Want to See in Your Organization on July 28th.
