This eprogram covers the design, development and implementation of a strategic and company-specific onboarding programs. Revamp your current program or kick off a new, effective onboarding program for your company. 

Each ninety-minute session will expose you to the latest research in onboarding and provide tips for program design and development for organizations of any size. Participate in interactive learning activities that allow you to collaborate with your peers and put your newly acquired knowledge to the test. By taking this class, you will:

1. Create a framework for your company’s custom onboarding program
2. Survey your peer community and record the pros and cons of your new approach
3. Draft a strategic action plan for redeveloping your program
