HR metrics are usually behind the times.  We tend to measure what is easy to count or has always been measured, not what really matters to the business. This online eProgram focuses on valued business outcomes and monetizing the impacts of HR actions. The surprising finding is that HR has many powerful and unanticipated ways to improve both the top and bottom lines of the business. Together we will:

1.     Describe the spectrum of functions HR measures and provide examples based on strategy and each talent function.

2.     Recognize eleven specific HR levers and monetize their impact on the organization’s top and bottom lines.

3.     Describe different ways to measure productivity, cost of replacing valuable employees, the lifetime value of customers, and revenue from innovations.

Earn business credits without interrupting your workday -- sessions are conveniently scheduled from 5:00 - 6:00pm. There is a class reading book that accompanies this eProgram and is included with your registration. Step up your game with HR analytics to dive the results needed to take you company's HR needs to the next level. You will learn methods for incorporating analytics into your HR role, whichever level your responsibilities are.

Class text: Fearless HR: Driving Business Results. **PARTICIPANTS, PLEASE READ INTRO & CHAPTER 1 BEFORE THE FIRST SESSION. Book is included with registration. **
