It's no secret that in order to attract top talent, you have to be a professional chameleon: a fun-loving brand ambassador one day, and then a boiler-room closer the next.

This unique eProgram combines over 20 years of selling and hiring experience with the data and science of behavior assessments and is broken into 4 sections:
1) Understanding your selling style
2) Understanding the buying priorities of other
3) Recognizing the buying priorities of others

This eProgram will give you an opportunity to take your own individual personality assessment and apply appropriate tactics on how to better read and respond to candidates and hiring managers. You’ll take away:

• An understanding of how priorities and personality impact the recruiting process
• A deep understanding of your own strengths and challenges as they relate to "selling"

• Your personal assessment and access to online tools to help you navigate when you return to the office
