Do you love to write about HR?
Over the last four years, our goal has been to develop the orginial NCHRA HR West blog into an active place for human resources professionals in the bay area and beyond to share their industry knowledge, insight and thought leadership.
As many of you may or may not know, we rebranded NCHRA as Next Concept HR Association in late 2017. In recent months (2018), we decided to bundle our print magazine (formerly known as HR West Magazine) and blog into one entity, which is now known as Next Concept HR Magazine -- offering both print and digital versions of the publicatoin. Watch for a new look for the blog, now "magazine," website as well as print publication to be in the mix by the 4th quarter of 2018!
To that end we are always looking to partner with those HR industry experts who can support the Next Concept HR Association's brand value #1: What's Next?
Our main goal, for our publications (digital and print), however, is to partner with NCHRA speakers, sponsors and vendors FIRST (in a co-promotional vein). But we do want to offer our members the most innovative and thought-provoking information possible.
So if you are a writer who specializes in writing about "What's Next?" (for the HR industry) and can provide NCHRA's members and pubication readers with exceptional, leading-edge information, we would like to consider your content.*
Articles should be from 750 to 1500 words, our blog manager/editor will provide final approval (and reasons for non-approval) as well as publishing date. During the editing process our blog manager will ensure that the content is optimized for search and high-priority readership. PLEASE SUBMIT CONTENT ONLY. Our blog manager/editor does not take meetings (unless you are a NCHRA speaker, sponsor or vendor).
If you are contributing on behalf of an organization, we do also ask that you keep the topic neutral (no promotional pieces). We will provide a byline (author information) including a link to a company or personal website or blog. Be sure to include this information with your submission.
We also expect all content contributors to Next Concept HR Magazine (digital as well as print) to promote the articles published to their specific audiences (on social media, email lists, etc.). Our Editor will provide directions, with your link to the article, if and when your content is accepted and published.
Please submit your articles to:
Next Concept HR Magazine Digital Manager and Editor,
Laurie Pehar Borsh
*Note: During certain NCHRA/HR West events, content priority will be given to our speakers, sponsors, partners and vendors.
